Gojima World Square — Fitout

Var Group was engaged by the Edition Roasters Group to complete a new high-end shop fitout. The works involved partial demolition, structural repairs, a major services upgrade and the internal fit out of a new sushi restaurant including a commercial style kitchen, cool room, seating area, shop front facade, serving counter, kiosks and elevated flooring.

Var Group worked closely with the property management company JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) due to the shop being located in a high-traffic area. Both JLL and Var worked together to produce a successful safety management plan to protect the public and the construction workers, covering safe work, delivery management and communication.
