Dan Murphy's HVAC Upgrade & Roof Replacement

Var Group was engaged by Endeavour Group to undertake an HVAC upgrade and roof replacement for their Dan Murphy's store at 501 Anzac Parade, Kensington. The works consisted of removing and replacing 5 commercial HVAC units and installing a new BMS system.

Var Group also stripped back the old metal roof and insulation, replacing it with new compliant insulation sheeting and metal roofing, including gutters, downpipes, new metal walkways and working-at-heights anchor points.

After the roof completion, Var undertook miscellaneous internal wall and ceiling lining repairs and replacements.
